Panel Fabrication

The Panel Fabrication Facility is a modern, purpose-built, air-conditioned facility with a separate testing / staging area.

ProsCon's panels are built to the highest International Standards, from design right through to fabrication and testing. We use extensive CAD facilities for all panel designs allows us to preview the panel layout at all stages of the design process.

Following fabrication, we comprehensively factory test all our panels, and these tests can include full systems tests (DCS, PLC, PC, SCADA, etc.) if required. FAT and SAT testing is carried out, if and when required.

Upon completion, we assemble a full handover documentation package, which includes appropriate certificates and test results.
