Modular Fabrication

ProsCon Ltd supplies modular and skid solutions worldwide. This facilitates the use of a large scale workshop facility at a dock in the Cork harbour, (the second largest harbour in the world!).

The facilities are adjacent to a deep water berth with significant quay side crane capacity and can accommodate ships and barges. The workshops available are comprised of a number of halls / hangers which have overhead cranes of 10 to 50tonnne capacities. The workshops can accommodate in excess of 50 modules. These Workshops allow us to fabricate, assemble and test modular facilities and skid systems indoors. This method of work ensures a factory approach to building and a high quality finish. ProsCon has shipped many modules of various dimensions the largest being 4 x 4 x 36m (12 x 12 x 110 ft) weighting 100 tonnes.

ProsCon has managed the logistics of all project shipments, and key to this is the timely and detailed transportation studies which are undertaken before designs are finalised. This is typically completed during concept or basic engineering.
