Project Summary

Investigation into the replacement of existing reactor condensers, primary and secondary.

ProsCon scope includes:

• Simulation of reactor condensers using Aspen
• Determination of worst case for the condenser duties
• Determination of condenser sizing
• Generation of equipment specifications
• Technical evaluation of vendor quotations for plate exchangers and shell and tube exchangers
• Recommendations on condenser type, configuration and operation
