Project: Modular Pharmaceutical Hydrogenation Facility
Client: Multinational Pharmaceutical Company

Project Summary

This project involved the full project life cycle, from concept phase (+/-30%), Scheme design (+/-10%) through to EPCMV for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction management and Validation. Project was put on hold due to product capacity issue prior to award of construction contracts.

The facility was a multi-story standalone building comprising of gowning room, materials lift, powder transfer system (PTS), process room, staging area, dispensary, utility room, Electrical & Instrument room, and HVAC. The process involved primarily hydrogenation, and all associated ancillary equipment. The plant was approx 350 sqm. The process also involved Isolation technologies.
