Project: Abatement System
Client: Multinational Pharmaceutical Company

Project Summary

This project was for a Pharmaceutical Tablet production facility and dealing with the emissions from the coating process. Our system was installed to replace an existing system which underperformed and became the backup system.

Our scope included:

• Design, supply and commissioning complete turnkey solvent abatement plant
• Process Simulation and 3D plant modelling
• Scope includes process, mechanical, E/I and control system design
• Procurement and construction management
• Construction of modules at our own facility
• Development of PLC code for process control
• Production and execution of control system FAT, IQ, OQ validation documentation
